APRCT LTD provides travel concierge and travel arrangement services, including but not limited to hotel reservations, travel planning, itinerary design, coordination of travel services, and related support services.
APRCT LTD acts as an independent travel service provider and coordinator.
Payment of any invoice issued by APRCT LTD constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All services are generally provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments made to APRCT LTD may include funds intended for third-party travel services such as hotels, transport providers, or destination management companies.
APRCT LTD may allocate and distribute such funds to relevant service providers in order to arrange and secure travel services on behalf of the client.
APRCT LTD may arrange services supplied by third-party providers including hotels, airlines, transport companies, and destination management companies.
Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
APRCT LTD is not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, cancellations, or omissions of such third-party providers.
All travel services and reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Prices and availability may change until full payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the terms of the relevant third-party suppliers.
Where applicable, cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits may apply according to the policies of those providers.
APRCT LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, travel disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
